The times we are open are

Flexi session	8.00 am - 12.00 am
Normal session	9.00 am - 12.00 am
Afternoon session	1.00 pm -   3.30 pm
Afternoon Funded session	1.00 pm -   4.00 pm

                          In case of any complaints please contact the playgroup manager in the first instance. If you would like to discuss any complaints with the chairperson of the group, who is Mrs Kate Morris – she can be contacted via the playgroup manager or on 0116 2711745.
If you wish to make a formal complaint about any major issues regarding the playgroup, this can be done directly via our regulator which is OFSTED.
